What you’ll do
You make the calls. We handle the close.
Call moving-company owners in the United States, qualify them, and book the right prospects onto a Zoom call. Our sales team handles the sales conversation and closing.

Who we’re looking for
Clear communication and consistent effort.
Relevant experience includes cold calling, appointment setting, outbound sales, telemarketing, or US customer support.
- Clear, confident spoken English. A neutral or US-friendly accent is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable speaking with American business owners.
- Able to consistently make around 200 outbound calls per day.
- Available Monday to Friday during US business hours, roughly 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST.
- A laptop, headset, and stable internet.
- Experience is preferred, but coachable and disciplined beginners can apply.

Before the base salary
Two-week trial
Selected applicants complete a two-week commission-only trial.
During the trial, you still earn ₹2,000 per qualified appointment that shows and ₹20,000 per closed client.
Strong performers may then be hired on a ₹15,000 monthly base plus commission.
Target: 4 qualified appointments during the trial, with at least 2 showing.
